Individual Counseling and Therapy
Individual therapy and counseling is a unique opportunity to shut out all the distractions and craziness of the world, if only for a brief time. Most of us go through the motions in a "dream like" semi conscious state and never really consider life as a series of choices and consequences (Life Script). We are almost happy and satisfied at times only to see it slip away seemingly out of our control.
We will gather information that will educate you about your own life patterns. Look at what is really good and not so good about the way you have been living. Based on this information, we will design a "contract" or plan for where you want to end up. As Stephen Covey said, "Begin with the end in mind". We will take it one step at a time, address solvable problems and remove barriers slowly. You'll be proud of what you've changed and learn to accept what you can't. Just makes sense.
